WHOLESALE POLICY

TRADE TERMS

Wholesale customers receive 45% off the retail price. A minimum spend of $1000 + GST for the first order, $500 + GST per order, every order thereafter applies for local customers. A minimum spend of $1000 + GST applies per order, every order for interstate customers.

The wholesale discount is not applicable to sale items.

The wholesale discount is for wholesale trade only not for personal use. Any wholesale partner found using their wholesale discount for personal shopping may risk losing the discount on future purchases.

 

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

There is a no refund or exchange policy for wholesale items unless the item is deemed faulty. Kasbah Imports products are hand made by artisans. Small variations in colour, design, size and finish may occur. Such variations are an integral part of hand-made products, and are not eligible for refund or exchange claims.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If the goods are deemed faulty, you can choose between a refund, exchange (if items is still available) or credit. Kasbah Imports must be informed of the faulty item in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims must include the invoice no, item code, item description, quantity, photograph, and reason. Kasbah Imports will then make an assessment of the claim and provide instructions on next steps. Please do not take an action to return items until you have been contracted by a member of the Kasbah Imports team.
